This package is perfect for those who want the exercise and fitness help without the nutrition coaching.  It is a recurring 3-month package that helps you get committed and features a professionally designed workout plan customized to meet your unique individual goals and concerns.  I will coach you through the program using my Key Fitness Training app and regular check-ins through email, phone and video chat.  Each month you will get a new workout that builds on your progress as you reach your goals!
