Here, at Key Fitness, we know there are no quick fixes to get to a healthy weight, a strong body and a new version of you. We ALSO know that in 21 days you can get a great start on the person you want to become!


If you are looking for a community of like-minded women, who are all looking to become more fit but have something that is holding them back from doing it on their own, you have come to the right place.  So many of our members are intimated in a "normal" gym, worried they are going to hurt themselves yet really needing to do something to become a healthier version of themselves.  


Most of them were looking to get their bodies to a place where they could do what they want, when they want and how they want.  They wanted the freedom to travel, play with grandkids, move with ease and FEEL better in their own skin.  And that is exactly what they have gotten.  Their goals weren't all the same BUT they all had ONE thing in common... they took action and started a journey with Key Fitness.

When it comes to sustainable results, customizing your path to success is the BEST way to get the results you want!

Strength Training

Over the course of the 21 days, you will attend 6-50 minute small group personal training sessions. Special attention is given to proper form and modifications for YOUR unique body. Instruction and explanations of ALL exercises will make even the most timid beginner feel comfortable.

Nutrition Guidance

Choose the path that is right for you! Either follow our delicious sample meal guide, track your calories (we will show you the best way to do this) or follow a few simple habits that are proven to get you the results youdeserve.

Community

Being around other women who understand what it's like to struggle with becoming healthier, makes you feel so much less alone in the journey. We are a community of women over the age of 50 with most of our clients in their mid 60's! No "pretty young things" in skimpy clothing here! :)

Daily emails with tips and homework will help you stay in the right mindset needed to see results!

  • What Is The Fee For This Jumpstart?
    Your fee is 1 payment of $139. Space is limited due to our 6 person maximum per session so this program fills up fast.
  • Who Is The Jumpstart For?
    This program is mostly for women who are over 60 years old, are uncomfortable in large gym settings and really want to get a jump start on their goals in a safe, personalized format. You will get personalized attention in a small group setting which allows for modifications due to injury, health issues or inactivity. :)
  • What Is Required Of Me?
    During the 21 days you will workout in our small group personal training sessions 2 times a week at our studio, plus any additional workouts we give you, while working on your eating and healthy habits. Participation in our private Facebook Group is optional but inspiring and fun!
  • What if I my schedule changes weekly?
    We get it! Every week isn't always the same! With over 18 sessions each week to choose from, we can find days and times that will work with your unique schedule.
  • What is The Nutrition Plan Like?
    We will help you based on your goals, your schedule and your ability. You have 3 paths to choose from: Follow a delisious sample meal guide, track your calories and protein or follow some nutritional behavior habits. You can do all three or just pick the one that suits you best!
  • What are the classes like?
    During every session you will work with a personal trainer and with no more than 5 other people. The workout will be individualized for YOUR unique body and ability. Despite having 5 other clients working out with you, you will still have the trainer right there; coaching, spotting, and pushing you on the exercises that you need help. We are VERY interested in providing safe workouts that give you the best workout for you!

Our Story

Key Fitness was founded in 2010 by Anne Roberts. Formally a civil engineer, she decided that building healthy bodies was more rewarding than building bridges! With certifications in personal training, group fitness and nutrition habits, Anne has helped hundreds of people achieve their goals.


Key Fitness Personal Training has evolved over the years to work with women who are looking to feel better about themselves, become stronger, have more confidence and be the BEST versions of themselves...not a fitness model!
