Originally from Upstate New York, Natalie is a dedicated personal trainer with over three years of experience. With a background in dance, she brings a trained eye for movement, balance, and proper form to every session.
Natalie is especially passionate about working with women ages 60 and older, helping them build strength, confidence, and overall well-being so they can feel their best every day. She also believes that fitness goes hand in hand with good nutrition and enjoys helping clients find realistic ways to incorporate healthier choices into their daily lives.
