Personal Attention – Group exercise class are great but do not provide the individualized attention that a small group allows. You are sure to be learning the correct form with your trainer paying attention to no more than 5 people.

Senior Fitness Group Exercise Class
These fun, non-competitive classes are targeted towards those who are looking for a slower paced format. Using safe and effective exercises, the class is designed to improve participant’s cardiovascular system, overall strength, balance and flexibility. All exercises will have modifications for those needing them.
Slow paced class with focus on alignment and flexibility to introduce the foundation for yoga poses. Learn the basics of yoga (posture, breathing, relaxation) at a pace that is not overwhelming, and in a safe and encouraging environment. Modifications are always an option to ensure your safety and comfort. This class is perfect for beginners, but all ages (16+) and skill levels are welcome.
