These are the most frequently asked questions. 

What is a typical group session like?
Sessions are 55 minutes long and may consist of weight training, core strength development, cardio training, flexibility, etc. There are people of different abilities so even though you will be working on very similar things, the workout will be customized to YOU and YOUR limitations.
have bad knees or shoulders or back or (insert effected body part). How can I exercise?
I am well qualified and well versed in how to work around bad joints. There are many alternative exercises as well as specific exercises to help condition the affected areas.
I’ve seen the show “The Biggest Loser”. Are you going to yell at me?
No! I believe we are all adults and don’t need to be screamed at to get a point across. ?
What is the difference between group exercise and small group personal training?
Group exercise is a class where the instructor workouts out with you and the instructor to student ratio can be as high as 25:1. This doesn’t allow the instructor to properly monitor form nor give modifications to exercises if necessary. Small group personal training is a group where I do not workout with you but rather monitor form and adjust workouts as needed. There will never be more than 6 people in a class.
