Working with Anne
If you want one on one personal attention, something for you and your partner or feel more comfortable with other like-minded people in a small group setting, Anne’s personal training programs have an option for you. All in-person training is offered at the Key Fitness Training Studio in Fernandina Beach, FL.
One-on-One personal training packages are for the person who is:
- looking to see major results in a shorter period of time
- recovering from an injury
- looking to strengthen your body for a specific sport
- concerned about medical conditions
- in need of a more advanced workout
During the one on one training session, I will perform an initial fitness assessment, provide basic nutritional advice and create an individualized and dynamic workout that caters to your goals and lifestyle.
One-on One Personal Training includes:
- 21-day meal plan (recipe guide and shopping lists included)
Habit tracking (group weekly goals) - Monthly measurements (as needed/wanted)
- 90-minute individual orientation session (focus on specific goals and obstacles)
- Access to the Key Fitness Client Facebook Group
- Discount on the yearlong “Change Your Mindset” course
- Session day/time based on your preference
- One-on-One attention to focus on you
- Individual Workouts
- Weekly Nutrition check-ins and food diary reviews
Get a great workout while spending time with your significant other, daughter, son or friend!
These individualized and exciting workouts will keep you sweating while sharing the fun with a partner. An individual program will be designed for each participant based on his/her fitness goals, prior injuries and/or health considerations. I will progress each partner at their own pace so that couples with different levels of fitness will be challenged appropriately during their training sessions. This is a great way to get a fantastic individualized workout while spending time with someone special.

Small Group Personal Training
This is the best program if you want to work out with other goal oriented, like-minded people in a small group. If meeting new people is your thing… this class is for you.
Anne keeps this program deliberately small for maximum attention.

- 60-minute group orientation session
- Access to the Key Fitness Client Facebook Group

- Choice of over 10 pre-scheduled group classes each week
- Class Ratio 6:1
- Workouts that are progressed/regressed for your fitness level
