Group Training
This one-on-one training is designed to give you the most individualized attention and focus. Together, we will determine what your most pressing needs are and I will design a program specifically focused on them.gs.

These small group workouts are 1 hour in length and combine both cardiovascular and strength training into one workout in order to burn calories and gain strength. Each session will consist of a warm up, circuit containing strength and cardiovascular exercises and a stretching cool down. If you aren’t getting the results you would like on your own and enjoy the company of others with like minded goals, then Group Training is for you! I can either match you up with some other people or you can come to me with your own group. *(3-6 people, priced per person)
