To start off the New Year, take a fit test of your choosing.  It could be how many push ups you can do in one minute or how many minutes it takes for you to walk/jog/run/sprint a mile or how many burpees you can accomplish in 2 minutes.  Whatever…it doesn’t matter.  Now when you retest in a month or two you can see all of the progress you have made and be motivated to keep going!
