We all have days where working out is the last thing we want to do. It might be that we are cozy in our bed, we have housework to do, work to be done, kids who need something or we just plain don’t feel like it. So what? You ALWAYS have those things to do. Just get your workout clothes on and give it 15 minutes. Tell yourself you can stop after 15 minutes. I bet most of the time you stay and finish your whole workout!
