Ever find yourself with a disappearing neck? You know…when your shoulders have crept up to your ears while listening to your boss tell how to do your job…for the 5th time this week??  Try the following stretch to release  the stress you hold in your shoulders.  Inhale deeply and shrug your shoulders, lifting them high up to your ears. Hold. Release and lower them as low as possible. Repeat three times.  Hopefully this little break in your day will help reduce the painful muscle contractions due to workplace stress!
